Nika is an AI host that introduces small groups of people in Brussels for real, in-person hangouts. This page explains the rules for using Nika (Terms) and how we handle your information (Privacy). We've kept it short and plain.

By messaging Nika on WhatsApp or signing up, you agree to both.

Terms

Who can use Nika. Nika is for people aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you're 18+.
What Nika is. Nika is an AI. She chats with you over text to learn what you're into, then introduces you to small groups of other real people for low-key meetups. She's a way to meet people, not a guarantee of anything specific.
The deal. Nika works because everyone in it is real and acts in good faith. So:
  • Be honest about who you are.
  • If you say you'll come to a plan, show up, or give a heads up if you can't.
  • Treat the people you meet with respect.
If you break the deal. Lying about who you are, behaving inappropriately, or ghosting plans without notice can get your number timed out or permanently banned. We do this to keep the space safe and reliable for everyone.
Verification. To keep Nika real people only, we ask for a short video of your face when you join (see Privacy below). If a video doesn't meet our policy, we'll ask you to send a new one, and access may be paused until it's approved.
Leaving. You can stop anytime. Text “pause” to go quiet, or ask Nika to delete your information and you're out, no questions asked.
No warranties. Nika is provided as is. We do our best to make good introductions and keep things safe, but we can't guarantee outcomes, and we're not responsible for what happens between people once they meet. Use common sense and meet in public places.

Privacy

We collect the minimum we need to introduce you to the right people and keep the space safe. We don't sell your data.

What we collect
  • Your phone number (so Nika can text you).
  • Basics you tell Nika: your name, your age, what you're into, and roughly when you're free.
  • A short (3-second) video of your face saying your name, for verification.
  • Your conversations with Nika, which we use to build a simple picture of what you're looking for so we can match you well.
The verification video, specifically
  • It's only used by our team to confirm you're a real person.
  • It is never shared with anyone else and never shown to other users.
  • We don't run it through any face-recognition or automated analysis. A person reviews it.
  • It's deleted as soon as it's approved.
Why we use your information
  • To introduce you to small groups of people who fit what you're after.
  • To verify you're a real person and keep the community safe.
  • To run and improve the service.
Who sees what. When Nika forms a group, she shares only what's needed to make the meetup work, like your first name and the kind of plan, with the few people in that group. Nothing more goes out, and we never sell or rent your data.
Messaging. Nika communicates on WhatsApp. You opt in when you sign up. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. WhatsApp messages use your internet connection, so no carrier message rates apply.
How long we keep it. The verification video is deleted on approval. The rest of your information is kept while you're using Nika and deleted when you ask us to or when you leave.
Your choices. You can ask Nika at any time to tell you what we know about you, correct it, or delete it. Text “pause” to go quiet without leaving, or ask to be deleted to remove your data entirely.
Security. We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures and limit who can access it.
